"after the rain has fallen"
went out for a walk a couple of days ago. It was actually raining hailstones before that, and a few places in South London was flooded. Even the road outside was slightly flooded.
generally quite shitty weather, but a view like this kind of makes up for it. bright sunshine and a nice rainbow. and then a short while later, another faint one appeared next to this, so it was pretty cool.
