another quiet night in tonight, with a bit of Photoshop'g (see post below with pic) and The Blue Nile again. if you've still not heard the band, check them out. they're simply amazing. not the kind of music you'd want at a party, but it's perfect for a quiet night in.

also saw Ray on HBO. funny how similar Walk the Line is to it. i guess there is something about brilliant musicians, artists and the like. something in their childhood traumatises them, but because they are brilliant anyway, this spurs them on to become something extraordinary, and then their success becomes threatened inevitably by some kind of addiction, be it drugs or alcohol. then they quit it and become legends...
