KNNBCCB!!!
i rang up IRAS earlier to make enquiries about my tax. after putting me through a string of recorded voice instructions, i was told that i would be put through to an officer who would assist me. after just ONE ring, the recorded voice message told me that they were all engaged. i tried this a few times, and every single time, the same thing happened.it depresses me to think about the sort of efficiency they claim to have.
